- Does SitePRO come with ongoing hosting and maintenance?
- Yes. Every tier includes monthly maintenance covering hosting, security patches, uptime monitoring, quarterly performance reviews, and change requests. The maintenance line is not optional because we own the launch-day technical floor and keep it.
- Can we keep our existing CMS / platform?
- If it's WordPress on Kinsta or similar, yes; we bring our hardened Macbach theme and schema layer. If it's a legacy page builder on shared hosting, the answer is usually to rebuild because the Core Web Vitals and HIPAA gates will not clear on that platform.
- What does '12-week delivery' actually mean?
- Discovery and design take weeks 1 through 4. Build, content, and schema take 5 through 10. HIPAA audit and launch take 11 and 12. The timeline assumes weekly check-ins and responsive approvals; slower approval cycles extend the timeline proportionally.
- Do you guarantee Lighthouse 90+?
- It is a launch gate written into the contract. We will not launch if any templated page is below 90 mobile Performance. We have extended timelines to meet the gate; we have not launched without hitting it.
