Accessibility

Last updated: April 2026

We build and maintain macbach.com to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Accessibility is a baseline for every Macbach property, ours, our clients’, every SitePRO build. It’s not an afterthought, a plugin, or a lawsuit-avoidance badge.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML as the foundation of every page
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
  • Color contrast that passes AA at minimum; AAA where practical
  • Alternative text on every meaningful image
  • Keyboard navigability across the entire site
  • Screen-reader tested on VoiceOver and NVDA during every release
  • Heading hierarchy that reflects page structure
  • Form labels, error messaging, and ARIA where HTML alone is insufficient

Where we fall short

No site is perfectly accessible; ours included. Third-party embeds (video, maps, analytics) can introduce gaps. We do our best to work around them, and when we can’t, we provide alternatives.

Report an issue

If any part of macbach.com is difficult or impossible to use for you, we want to know. Email support@macbach.com with the URL and a short description. We respond within two business days and commit to remediating confirmed issues within thirty.

Client work

Every SitePRO build ships to WCAG 2.1 AA. Maintenance plans include quarterly Lighthouse accessibility audits. If a client site we maintain regresses, fixing it is on us, not billable.
