Macbach, LLC (“Macbach,” “we,” “our”) operates macbach.com and related subdomains. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to insulate us from responsibility.

What we collect

If you fill out a form on this site, the Practice Audit, the contact form, or an email inquiry, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, email, practice name, website, role, and whatever you write in the message field.

We also collect standard web-analytics data: pages viewed, referring URL, device type, approximate geographic region (from IP, then discarded), and timestamps. We use this to understand how the site is performing. We do not sell this data and we do not share it with advertisers.

What we never collect

We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through this site. Our audit and discovery workflows are built specifically to avoid PHI intake; this site is a marketing front, not a clinical system. If you accidentally send PHI in a form or email, we purge it on receipt.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry. To generate the Practice Audit you requested. To track whether this site is doing its job. That’s the whole list. We do not use your data to train models, target ads, or sell your information to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. These tools set first-party and third-party cookies. You can opt out via browser settings or ad-blocker. We use no retargeting pixels on this site as of the date above.

Email

If you opt into the Insights list or send an email inquiry, we store your address and the thread. We use it to respond and, if you requested it, to send you new Insights pieces when they publish. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing support@macbach.com.

Client engagements

This policy covers the marketing website only. Active client engagements. MapsPRO, RankPRO, AdsPRO, SitePRO, Architect, are governed by their own Statement of Work and Data Processing Agreement, including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements where applicable.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. We respond within ten business days. Email support@macbach.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, the “last updated” date at the top moves. We don’t email every visitor every time we tune a paragraph; the current version is always the one posted here.
