A website
is not a brochure.
It is the practice’s most-used employee, quiet, always available, never in a bad mood. Custom-designed, Core-Web-Vitals-green, WCAG-AA accessible, HIPAA-compliant forms. Built on Next.js and Vercel. Maintained, not abandoned.
Every new Site build is Next.js on Vercel via GitHub. Existing WordPress clients are supported and grandfathered, we don’t force migrations. But we don’t start new WordPress builds either, for the same reason a hospital doesn’t commission new construction in asbestos.
- Site defined
- Site is a custom healthcare website service that ships Next.js + Vercel builds with WCAG AA accessibility, HIPAA-compliant forms, full schema graph (Organization, MedicalBusiness, Physician, Article, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage), Core Web Vitals targets (LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1), and ongoing maintenance. Practice-owned codebase, GitHub-managed, never abandoned post-launch.
Site is the one-time build. Maintenance is the upkeep floor for the asset after launch: hosting, security, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, and edits. It protects the asset from decay and keeps the site from becoming the kind of neglected artifact most agencies leave behind. The growth path after the build is Engine, the organic engine that compounds traffic on the foundation Site ships.
Maintenance fee applies when Site is your only Macbach engagement. If you’re also on Ground, Engine, Lift, or Architect, the maintenance is bundled at no additional cost.
Build once. Maintain always.

Content delay is the single biggest risk to a build timeline. If client-side content bottlenecks a milestone by more than two weeks, the project is paused and the next invoice is issued. This is in every SOW because it protects both sides.
Same team, same codebase,
same design system.
A Site build is a better platform for Engine content because we control the schema, the internal linking, the page-speed budget. It’s a better platform for Lift landing pages because we build them into the architecture, not bolted on after. It’s a better platform for Ground because the local-SEO signals are fully wired into the template itself.
Each product makes the others more valuable. We don’t require the bundle, some clients run Engine or Ground on their existing site for years. But when the site is ours, everything downstream gets easier. The natural next step after the build is Engine: Site ships the asset, Engine grows it.

let’s talk.
Every Site quote starts with a conversation about the practice, the patient journey, and what the site has to do. Thirty minutes with Vince is usually enough to know whether Foundation, Growth, or Dominance is the right tier.
