For practices evaluating Macbach as a vendor. The call is mutual: you talk about your situation, we talk about how Macbach works, and either of us can decide it’s not the right fit.

What this call is not

An audit. We don’t look at your site or your GBP on the call — that’s what the Practice Audit is for. We don’t write you a marketing plan — that’s Audit Pro. If you want a real read on your specific practice, the audit is the lane, not this one.

The Architect walkthrough.

For practices at or above $1.5M in collections actively considering the Architect engagement. Forty-five minutes scoped to operating fit, cadence, and whether Architect is the right tier. Bring collections, current monthly marketing spend, current channels, the team size on the client side, and the timeline you’re working toward.

How to get on this calendar:referral from an existing Macbach client, OR you’ve completed an Audit Pro engagement and want to scope the next step. We don’t take cold Architect-walkthrough bookings — the engagement is twelve to fifteen seats total, application-only, and we screen for fit before the call.
