The methodology

Strategy before spend.
evidence before opinion.

This is the operating system behind every MapsPRO, RankPRO, AdsPRO, SitePRO, and Architect engagement. Six principles that don’t change, and a five-stage rollout that we’ve run through hundreds of practices.

The six principles

What we believe, and why.

01

Local first. Always.

Before a dollar of paid media, before a content calendar, before a redesign, the practice has to be findable in Google Maps. MapsPRO is the foundation because without it, nothing downstream earns its return.

02

Organic compounds. Paid rents.

Organic search and owned content build an asset that appreciates. Paid acquisition is rented attention, effective while the meter runs, gone when it stops. We build the asset first, rent the attention when the math supports it.

03

Schema is load-bearing.

Most healthcare sites are invisible to the tools that now decide whether a practice gets surfaced, the AI overviews, the Maps snippets, the voice-search responses. Structured data is not optional. It’s the wiring.

04

Reviews are case-acceptance.

Patients read reviews for reassurance, not ranking. By the time they land on the consult page, the review profile has already decided whether they’ll say yes. A systematic review workflow is part of every engagement.

05

Reporting shows the work.

Monthly reports open with what moved and what didn’t. No vanity metrics. No graphs shaped to hide the trend. If a month was weak, the report says so, with the cause and the fix.

06

Specialization is the advantage.

We’ve only ever worked in healthcare. The vocabulary, the compliance, the patient-acquisition curve, the insurance-vs-cash economics, these are learned once and applied across every engagement. Generalist agencies re-learn each.

The rollout

What the first year looks like.

Week 0

The audit.

Before we take on a practice, and before we quote a tier, we run the Practice Audit. It’s the same tool we publish on the site. We want the number.

Weeks 1-2

Baseline and instrument.

GA4, call tracking, rank tracking, GBP access, Search Console, Ahrefs. No work starts without a clean baseline, because without it we can’t show what moved.

Weeks 3-6

System rollout.

The specific products the practice contracted for. Usually MapsPRO first, schema second, review workflow third, content or paid media as the fourth layer.

Months 2-3

First measurable movement.

Map-pack rankings, GBP impressions, review velocity, index coverage. Organic keyword growth starts to register. Paid economics are dialed in.

Months 6-12

Compounding.

The work of month one starts paying off. The content library has weight. The review profile carries the practice through the filter. Paid economics support scale.

The methodology makes sense
when it lands in your practice.

Run the Practice Audit. The report will apply these principles to the specific realities of your practice, and surface the three things that would move the number next.
