Product terms

These Product Terms describe how Macbach’s subscription services work in practice. They form part of the Macbach Customer Terms of Service and are incorporated by reference. If you use any of the subscription services described below, the terms for that service apply to your use.

SitePRO (website)

SitePRO covers the design, build, and ongoing operation of a practice website on the Macbach stack. Scope includes information architecture, page templates, content migration, schema, performance tuning, and analytics instrumentation. Third-party integrations (scheduling, CRM, portals) are included where listed in the Statement of Work.

RankPRO (search engine optimization)

RankPRO covers organic search work: technical SEO, on-page optimization, content production on a cadence defined in the Statement of Work, internal linking, and reporting. Ranking positions and traffic volumes depend on factors outside our control (Google algorithm changes, local competition, seasonality) and are not guaranteed.

MapsPRO (local listings)

MapsPRO covers Google Business Profile management, directory citation consistency, review response workflow, and the review velocity cadence. Access to the GBP is required; the practice retains ownership of the listing at all times.

Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance covers platform updates, plugin and dependency patching, security monitoring, uptime checks, backups, and routine content edits within the monthly allowance specified in the Statement of Work. Work outside the standard allowance is handled as a documented change order.

Scope and change control

The Statement of Work is the controlling document for a given engagement. These Product Terms describe the default shape of each service. Where the Statement of Work and these Product Terms conflict, the Statement of Work controls for that engagement.
