- Do you work with practices outside the six verticals you list?
- Rarely. Healthcare-only since 2007 is the business model; the pattern recognition in the six verticals is what the practice runs on. If you are in an adjacent medical category (urgent care, fertility, behavioral health), start with the Practice Audit. If the audit points to a fit, we take the conversation. If it doesn't, the report still gives you the next step.
- Why is ad spend pass-through instead of marked up?
- Marking up ad spend creates a conflict of interest. We'd be incentivized to spend more, not smarter. Pass-through means our invoice is the management fee and nothing else. You pay Google, Meta, and LinkedIn directly.
- Do you guarantee rankings?
- No. Ever. Ranking guarantees are a black-hat pattern and a litigation risk in healthcare. We commit to methodology, effort, and transparency. Not to Google's output.
- What's the minimum engagement?
- MapsPRO and RankPRO are 12-month agreements because local search and content compound, and month-one work pays off in month six. AdsPRO is month-to-month with a 30-day notice. SitePRO builds are project-based with milestone billing, then monthly maintenance. Architect is a 12-month minimum because the fractional CMO role takes that long to produce the business review cadence.
- Can you match a lower quote we have from another agency?
- We don't match. Price is a product of scope, and our scope is standardized around what actually moves healthcare practices forward. If a lower quote is for narrower scope, the comparison isn't apples to apples. Our pricing is public so you can do the math yourself before the call.
- Is HIPAA compliance extra?
- No. Every build and every integration ships HIPAA-safe by default. No PHI in analytics, no PHI in remarketing, no non-BAA'd intermediaries.
- What's included in the Practice Audit, and does it cost anything?
- The audit is free. Ten questions, three minutes. We pull Lighthouse, Ahrefs, Google Places, your live GBP, and your actual review profile, then compute a composite grade across four weighted dimensions and return three priority plays specific to the practice. It is the same report we use on every paying engagement.
