Griffin Concierge Medical.
Tampa.
Founded by Dr. Radley Griffin, MD. The growth side of the concierge playbook, fully integrated with the Architect engagement. From a single concierge physician to eleven physicians across three locations on the same operating system.

A coffee at the Epicurean.
Vince Schwellenbach met Dr. Radley Griffin and Lauren Griffin at the Epicurean on Howard Avenue in South Tampa. Coffee, not a pitch deck. The conversation was about what a concierge practice could become if the systems behind it actually compounded over time, rather than running in parallel and competing for the same patient’s attention.
The engagement that came out of that conversation has run for years and produced one of the cleanest growth arcs in the Macbach book: a single concierge physician to eleven, a single office to three, on the integrated MapsPRO, RankPRO, AdsPRO, and SitePRO operating system, with the Architect engagement as the strategic connective tissue throughout.
What the operating system did.
Local search foundation. Each new location opened with the GBP, citation, and review-velocity work already in place. The map-pack visibility for “concierge medicine Tampa” and adjacent queries was load-bearing for the growth path; new locations did not have to start from zero on local search every time.
Schema graph and entity authority. The practice ships a connected MedicalBusiness, Physician, and MedicalProcedure graph linked by @id. Each new physician joining the practice gets a credentialed bio page that reinforces the entity authority of the practice rather than fragmenting it.
Member acquisition that paid for the next opening. The marketing pipeline carried each expansion. New locations were financed by the member-acquisition curve the existing locations were producing, which kept the unit economics healthy and the practice founder in control of the timing.
Architect as the connective tissue. Across every expansion, the Architect engagement covered the strategic decisions that did not belong inside any single product, the brand work, the pricing model, the member experience standards across locations, the hiring and retention conversations that matter at multi-physician concierge practices but rarely at solo ones.
Why this is on the work page.
Architect is small by design, capped at twelve to fifteen active engagements. Practices considering it want to know what the engagement actually compounds into over time. Griffin Concierge Medical is the cleanest answer to that question in the current book. One concierge physician. Eleven. Three locations. The same operating system, applied consistently, for as long as the practice has wanted it applied.
