The keywords that
actually rank here.
Enter your city and vertical. We pull live long-tail keyword data from Mangools KWFinder, score each by volume and difficulty, and return the fifteen with the best opportunity score for your market.
Mangools KWFinder,
ranked for healthcare intent.
For each vertical, we maintain a small set of patient-intent seed keywords (e.g., for dental: cosmetic dentist, pediatric dentist, dental implants, orthodontist). We append your city to each seed and query Mangools KWFinder for local suggestions.
The opportunity score rewards search volume and penalizes keyword difficulty. The formula: volume × (1 − difficulty penalty), where the penalty scales from 0 at difficulty 20 or lower to 0.85 at difficulty 60 or higher. Zero-volume and very-high-difficulty keywords drop out of the list automatically.
The fifteen results that come back are the intersection of patient intent, local demand, and competitive feasibility for an independent practice. The top three to five are usually where a well-built page can rank without an industrial content budget. The bottom ten are worth having on the radar as the practice builds authority.
This is what we run for every new Macbach client during onboarding. The output here is the same report. If the scan looks thin, the long tail in your market genuinely is thin, and that itself is a useful finding.
